Moist and delicious Strawberries n Cream Bread

So I only got to make one strawberry dessert, because all the other strawberries were eaten by Keyana (my second child) and believe it or not, my 11 month old Nathan. As you can see below, while I was trying to get a snapshot of the plate, who sticks their fat little arm in for a quick steal....lol. I mean he was really going crazy trying to get more strawberries lol it was so funny!

Anyway I found this delicious recipe on the Taste of Home website, I was a little reluctant to try it at first, because me not really liking strawberries, I just thought it would go to waste. And the fact that when I excitedly told my husband that I was making a strawberry bread, he gone tell me "Nobody makes Strawberry bread, you make banana or pumpkin bread, not strawberry bread". So that also made me not want to do it, because I thought it would be nasty and a waste of ingredients. Boy was I wrong! This bread is super delicious! It is perfect for an anytime snack, for breakfast on the go, just overall gooood! It bakes up really fluffy, the walnuts on top and baked in gives this bread a wonderful texture. It is even better the second day, and super flavorful on the third. This bread also freezes and mails very well.

  3. Okay. I'm a sucker for a new recipe, especially one that includes items that I might not typically use in such a recipe. Strawberries...seems very different. The pic looks delicious! Following you.. Stop by and visit http://makeitorfixit.com when you get a chance.
